As Seen On CNN
"Politics and UFC Fighting Mix at White House Tonight" – Nicolò Dominick appearing live on CNN as an expert Jiu-Jitsu Champion and analyst.
Nicolò recently broke down the intersection of archetypes in media, politics, and combat sports… live on CNN This Morning.
Whether dissecting martial arts strategy for major news networks, or teaching meditation and health at private retreats, or speaking on peak performance in the corporate world, Nicolò bridges the gap between ancient mastery and modern execution.
Author Biography: The Warrior-Scholar
Nicolò Dominick is a rare breed: a two-time Black Belt World Champion Jiu-Jitsu Athlete, a practicing attorney, and an MBA graduate. By combining the razor-sharp analytical mind required for law and business with the ultimate physical and mental testing ground of world-class combat sports, he has decoded a universal framework for peak human performance. A lifelong meditator, he has studied a wide-range of esoteric mental techniques with masters in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and India.
Five years ago, Nicolò moved from California to Monreale, a small village in Sicily, where his grandfather was born. He didn’t speak the langue, and through email, knew only his great aunt. Yet, he felt the ancestral pull, so he follwed his gut and learned to love the culture. One incredible benefit: he immersed himself in a strict Blue Zone lifestyle and the result shocked him, and inspired the writing of The Zen Protocol.
Nicolò writes actionable books for those seeking to master their minds, optimize their bodies, and find stillness amidst chaos.
